Paul Dyne is one of New Zealand's most experienced upright bassists and highly regarded jazz musicians and teachers. Dyne has played with a number of top Canadian musicians and has performed with US jazz legends Sonny Stitt, Pepper Adams, Lee Konitz and Emily Remler. From 1989 until 2002, Paul was Head of Jazz at the New Zealand School of Music—Te Kōkī.

Lockie Bennett, a New Zealand School of Music—Te Kōkī graduate, is one of the most in-demand Jazz guitarists in Wellington. Bennett holds down multiple residencies in the capital and plays around the city as both a band leader and as a sideman.

Oscar Lavën is an eclectic saxophonist and multi-instrumentalist based in Wellington. A frequently appearing personality in the Wellington jazz scene, Oscar is a busy full-time performer, composer and teacher with a bachelor’s
