Meow

Eilish Wilson is a saxophonist and educator from Te Whanganui-a-Tara. Recently returned from Los Angeles, where she was on a Fulbright Scholarship, Eilish graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in Jazz from California Institute of the Arts. Eilish has played at the Monterey Jazz Festival, and toured with Trinity Roots and the Bret McKenzie Band.

Miro Holland is the latest in a new generation of New Zealand jazz musicians winning multiple awards at National competitions for his incredible trumpet playing and writing.

Come and hear the world premiere of Eilish Wilson/Miro Holland Quintet featuring new music and explorations of the jazz sound. Led by alto saxophonist par excellence Eilish Wilson (Trinity Roots, Bret McKenzie Band), and award winning 18-year-old trumpet sensation Miro Holland (Mel Stevenson Band).
