Wheelchair access
For ticketed events at the Wellington Opera House, if you have special seating requirements such as wheelchair access please contact the Wellington Jazz Festival's ticketing line 021 528 481 or email access@festival.nz. Access tickets are $20. If you require assistance to attend, you can book an essential companion ticket for free. Alexander Flood's gig is a standing gig, but some seating will be made available for customers who require a seat. If you require a seat please advise us by email ticketing@festival.co.nz so we can ensure one is reserved for you.
Fly My Pretties will perform at Massey University's Great Hall which is easily accessible via a ramp. There is no Access ticket pricing for this event.

Deaf / Hard of hearing support
The Opera House has 10 wideband infrared stethophone hearing loop receiver headsets, with coverage to all seats. Please inform ticketing staff when booking if you will be requiring hearing assistance.
